Am I the only one who gets really pissed off at people who make a big deal of swallowing tablets?

Lad next to me is gulping away at a pint of water and flinging his head all over the place in a panic tying to to swallow a tiny Nurofen.

Its probably about a tenth of the size of a piece of pizza you would normally swallow with no issues.

Fucking arseholes.

I agree. I want to punch those that fling their heads back as they swallow the tablets.

They dont do that when they eat or slurp their coffee.

In France they make such a fuss about swallowing tablets that they like to stick pain killers up people's arses, specially kids. I remain staunchly British in my approach to these matters and stick to a low fuss gulp with beer for lubrication when needed.

I thought this thread was one seeking information on what pills to take when watching pools next two games.

Any clues - something that puts a fluffy shine on everything and numbs mental anguish?
