Will probably be used to prop up poor season ticket sales rather than bring in 3 or 4 quality players.

There is a real problem here as I see it. We don't have any faith in the owners/financiers not to pocket any EFL payments or season ticket money. Very few are likely to buy season tickets on that basis. Therefore it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy, there will be no money to recruit new players and we will struggle next year irrespective of what league we are in. So how can that position be resolved? Is there any way that supporters can have confidence in the ongoing situation at the Vic? Would Trust representation on the Board give fans the necessary confidence?

If owners are determined to stay the option of a Trust run club is not going to happen and certainly not in time to salvage next season. Whatever needs to happen needs to happen soon after the end of the season. I guess these are issues that the Trust needs a position on and needs to resolve in discussions with the owners in the very near future. Is there a Plan A, B or C?

It would be nice to know why a loan was needed in the first place. It certainly wasn't used to buy players. When IOR left the club was debt free, or at least they said that the existing debt was being written off.

Six months into the new regime and we're in debt to the tax man and Uncle Tom Cobberly an all, which we can't borrow from a bank, so have to go to a real estate loan shark.

I'm guessing it had something to do with Goldberg jumping ship, although saying that the club website still has him 50% owner.

and we were told that the loan was Coxall's and not the clubs.

So in theory, Coxall could walk away from HUFC tomorrow and the club would not be responsible for the loan.

Goldberg was only ever there as a figurehead to persuade IOR to sell to the fledgling JPNG. I doubt that he ever had any involvement, apart from doing a fellow con-man a favour and collecting his wedge.

JPNG recruitment ltd, was set up on February 11, 2016 with Peter Goldberg and Samantha Ann Mullaly as the two "directors"
Declared insolvent 6th January 2017
It went into liquidation on February 1st 2017.
It has outstanding debt to the tune of 218, 831 pounds and a list of creditors.
It's all there in the Companies House website.

What a shower, not fit to run a bath.

Unconventional in their approach to all areas of business, which just stinks of wrong doing and dodgy dealings.

I really hope he gets bought out. Like so many others do.

Cannot comprehend how anyone still believes and supports them.

Is there anyway of finding out how much this loan is for from Access Property Finance? Apart from asking Gary and/or Pam?

Anyone got a value on the "against all Assets of HUFC" ?

Peter Goldberg is registered with at least 39 Companies.
Ginger Mustard Limited: appointed and terminated Gary Coxall 1.11.2014 as director.
Nylon Cactus: PG, SAM, Paul Rennie directors, accounts overdue, status liquidation
Thepaygenie: PG, status active
Mutiara: PG dissolved (compulsory) March 2015
Red Phish: dissolved (compulsory) Nov 2016

The list just goes on and on.

I'm no expert, but it seems to be the pattern that he incorporates companies, does no real business, borrows and repays using loans from other companies eventually going into domancy and liquidation with no liability. There are about ten people involved all acting as directors for each other, often being appointed and resigning on the same day, which must be some tactic to delay accounts or something.

Pools were taken over in June 2015, reportedly by an outfit called JPNG Global Limited (H'Pool Mail, Daily Mail) or more vaguely as JPNG recruitment group (BBC News) or "recruitment company JPNG" (Sky News).

According to Companies House, JPNG Global Ltd was set up on 20th August 2008 and became Coretec Ltd on 8th February 2016, a few days before the tragically short-lived JPNG Recruitment Ltd was set up.

Coretec Ltd is still trading with Coxall listed as its sole Director.

I'm not one of 'the detectives' and sure they know all this (and have probably posted it already). But as you're having a trawl through the many facets of Coxall/Goldberg I thought I'd throw it in.

JPNG-Global still have a website up by the way - but it's like a shopfront painted on a flat in a film studio - nothing going on there.

I think HUST needs to try very hard to get a seat on the board of HUFC.

This would force some transparency from the current mob which in all probability is why they wouldn't be keen. But HUFC must realise that they've been rumbled. They must understand that people with strong HUFC connections are becoming an active part of HUST. They must realise that as an organisation with HUFC at heart, its becoming a stronger impetus for change. We know that HUFC read this board - surely the time is coming for some level of communication from the present HUFC board. They could try answering an email or recorded delivery letter, they could and should reach out to an organisation that is affiliated to a national body, that wants the best for the club and is in a position to help.

Theres a lot of people trying to make HUST work - its not something for HUFC to be scared of. Its a body to work with to ensure the survival of the club. A survival that can only happen with the club being run by those who view long term survibval above short term gain.

The club won't even meet with the club despite numerous recorded letters.

This highlights how much the club are wasting money and how much it needs to simply have a word with itself, for a start it would save on recorded delivery postage costs.

Reading all of the above, a blind man on a galloping horse can see why they wont meet with the Trust.

Pamela Duxbury founded Temple Capital Asset Management Ltd, on the 22nd December 2016 ...
just days after the loan from Access.
She was director and secretary of FULLNINETY SPORTS MANAGEMENT LIMITED from 15th April 2016 until 1st December 2016, but remains the only shareholder.
She founded and is director and secretary of PD Consulting (confirmed 30th March 2017) and the only shareholder.

Is it any coincidence that Gary Coxall (a declared bankrupt) who cannot legally incorporate businesses, is hand in hand with someone doing exactly what he would be doing as a disciple of Goldberg..

I can't get my head around how one can set up a business for a matter of months, call yourself a director then set up others, all of which don't actually seem to do anything. how does it work ?

Are all of the above 'facts' or speculation. Is this 'mass-directorship' going on ?

Someone with a more enquiring mind would stick all of the above named companies, one after the other, in a search engine and find out for themselves, rather than asking idle questions about what is and is not a 'fact.'

Or just fact off someplace else.
