Basically we have to win on Saturday and rely on Carlisle getting something out of their match at home to Newport.

Newport Pts45 GD -22
Pools Pts 43 GD -21

Looking at the markets for the matches on Saturday,:

Pools have approx. 25% chance of winning the game,
Carlisle have around a 44% chance of winning and there is approx. 28% chance of the game being a draw.

So for Pools to be above Newport, either by a point or level but with a better GD, then the odds are saying that Pools have a 18% of this happening or around a 9/2 chance.
