Just listened to Eric Burdon on Radio 4 paying tribute to his genius and how he influenced so much of what we all listen too and love now.

Eric's accent is amazing. An unusual mix of West Coast America and Geordie.

I can never forgive My Ding A Ling just as I couldn't forgive Johnny Cash A Boy Named Sue. But both singers are still legends in their own time.

He is one of my all time favourite artists!!!!
