You can be hurtful at times :snooty:

Too be fair I didn`t swear, wasn`t confrontational, all I said was "And", he said "I`ve had enough of you" and I was gone.

He thinks I can`t access his board, little does he know

I have the dubious honour of being one of the tiny number of people who have been banned from here but as it was initiated by Spender it shouldn't really count !!!!! I referred to him as an arsehole and an arrogant, bullying twat and he has spent his time since then proving me right.

Of all the petty, childish stuff that's gone on between these two message boards one of the strangest things is the total change of direction by Spender. It's like he has had a personality transplant. Very, very odd.

Why go on another board..... ? You think one thing, they think another. Result, stalemate.

I have to say I never got the things against Spender / Kev. I met him lots in real life and last time at Leeds fest he was a real legend and sorted me and my mates out all weekend. Same with Fetish Bob I speak as I find and everyone I have met on here have been great well apart from Pubey. I guess personalities can come across different written down online. Oh and I am better looking than Chip ;)

I really like Kev, he's a good bloke, but he's had a total transformation over the years. He was a massive part of this message boards formative years and I'd go so far as to say a big player in the ethos and general crack of the whole place.

Then something changed.

What's odd is the fact they think their increasing memebership is a measure of their popularity rather than a 'car crash' interest.
Bless their little hearts.

A few hard facts as you seem to like them on here
both boards have loyal pools fans posting
both boards have Rarfs posting
both boards have banned people for dubious reasons or on the whim of Admin/moderators
both boards talk about each other- most of it petty-if you need a example read back at previous comments on this thread
both boards have members who are also members of the trust
neither board is anti-trust
both boards have members who may not be fully committed to the trusts ideals for various reasons
hopefully the trust can convince them other wise and get them on board
both boards need to stop the petty bickering
hopefully the new year will bring
some positive results on the field
a sound business proposition for the so called master plan for the land around the ground - bringing much needed income to the club
the trust going from strength to strength and buying the actual ground or the pitch itself
that's it happy new year to all poolies no matter which board they post on
NSD UP THE POOLS

I don't see it like that, Elvis. I don't think Spender has changed much at all.

Sorry Mr Valiant got to disagree i am a fairly regular visitor on the other board albeit under a different username and i am definitely not anti trust.
Also i am a member of the friends group recently elected to the committee, the aims are different from the trust,we are just trying to raise funds for Hudsa and the ladies teams.A couple of trust committee members are also members of the friends group. and a couple of the friends committee are also trust members. agree that some people undermine both organisations but i hope the vast majority of fans can see through it and rise above it for the benefit of the club we all love. by the way the friends have a talk in night with Rob mckinnon and brian honour, to raise money for Hudsa 5quid a ticket in the centenary lounge, pm me if you want tickets or see Ronnie in the c/flag, everybody welcome should be a good night

I've come over here because to be honest it's getting a bit silly over there - I'm not a regular poster on either board, but it's now reached the point where it seems that anything other than what's happening on the pitch is being closed down - it seems that if you have honest concerns (and let's face it, Winding Up Petitions and loans from less conventional lenders are good reasons to be concerned) then you're treated with suspicion. I know I disagree with some of the people on here about some things - at least I'm allowed to put my case here.....

To suggest that other board is pro Trust is like saying Nigel Farage is pro-EU. At first it was just the odd comment here and there, but lately it has been non stop and it's really boring for everyone bar the 4 or 5 regulars on there.

If you want to raise funds for HUDSA then just join HUDSA, I don't understand why we need another body doing exactly the same as the one that already exists. As for the ladies teams, what ladies teams ? If you are talking about Pools Ladies then that should be funded by the football club the same way they fund the boys teams. If they are not going to fund them then they are not really part of Hartlepool United are they ? Also will the bar takings be going to HUDSA ?

Until I can see that the bills are being paid and the club are spending money where it is needed, there is no way I'm going to something in The Centenary Lounge and lining their pockets further. Especially when the manager is in The Mail saying he is having to sell players.

where did i say it was pro trust it's full of individuals who form their own opinions of the trust.me personally i'm all for the trust. The Ladies team gets very little from the club funding wise they are just proud to come under Hufc's banner. as for not attending a do because it is in the centenary lounge ,that is your prerogative, but it does not help the club by denying them funds even though the amount of profit will only be a few hundred pounds

Is there any venue in the town where the bar takings would be donated? I assume there will be no room hire charge though.

Mr Coxhall is a member of this message board. He logs in most days so I assume that's so he can read it and not just for the sake of logging on.

I'm sure if you ask nicely he will donate 5% of the bar takings to your charity.

You certainly wont get it if you don't ask.

If you ask for 50% of the profit you may have a chance, not the takings or he will lose money!

The problem I have is that the other board have started banning anyone who dares to criticise the owners. They have stated the club is out to get people on this board ( whatever that means ) and they are now running an event from the football club and compered by an employee of the football club.

The irony of the hufc 1908 forum banning people from criticizing the club is that up until recently that is really all they did, this was a forum who give coxall the nick name tweety.

i was a member of that forum up until recently and had my account deleted as i commented on a thread started by the moderator which claimed the club was gunna hunt down people who were doing all this factually correct detective work.

If tony wants to ban people for that type of offence he's well within his right it's his forum, he takes the flak in the pms off people n probably gets messages off the club when people are saying stuff that isnt true, i've been there about 8 years ago so i know what that feels like (thanks mark  )

I have to say though i do find it bizarre to say any view point not pro pools will see you banned, i find it bizarre to say on pitch club chat only, like valiant says especially when we've had 3 proved winding up orders this season alone, plus the gaffer says the players have had payment issues.

That for me is exactly what people should be talking about, the stuff on the pitch is secondry to that imo.

I was always considered too bunker and too trust for that place though, which i dont mind, i probably am, i know a few lads off hufc1908 personally and they are all sound so again i dont mind not being on there, i see them enough on greyfields.

It just looks like its went so pro pools and anti trust it just leads you to think a few people have had a word and got them to go that way, how do you go from dis trusting jpng and coxall (tweety), to kissing arse within a space of a few weeks, especially in the light of so much evidence against it.
