Something to do with a recruitment business. Warren had a recruitment firm for the rail industry and it looks like there was a falling out between him and Goldberg. I have no idea of the details.

Macronico - 'maximum risk' credit rating. Fall in shareholders funds and accounts very late. Basically all but bust.
Taylormade Secure Solutions - in liquidation

Then we have JPNG - above average risk credit rating and finally HUFC.
