On the dual carriageway near the hospital.

Motor cyclist getting mouth to mouth resuscitation by a member of the public.

Looked awful.

Best avoided at the moment.

At least 7 emergency service vehicles there now.

If the motorcyclist survives it will be down to the member of the public helping them.

This was before an ambulance arrived.
