....the local lad, had an excellent hat-trick today for Sheff Utd on loan from Boro, pity it wasn't us that were benefiting. http://bbc.in/2fHvEn8

Unfortunately for us, and not him obviously he's way too good to on loan in the fourth division.

Thats the predicament we have, if they're too good (like Luke Williams) their parent clubs don't want them dropping to our level. It's a problem when your closest neighbours are too far up the pyramid, or too many leagues above you.

For every Luke Williams there's several Ryan Donaldsons or Adam Campbells. The Adam Jacksons are what we need to find, good enough and happy to get experience playing at this level.

I don't really agree, certain players are destined for a career in the lower leagues but the really talented players who the parent club see as having a chance of actually playing first team football in the future will get sent somewhere a bit higher up the pyramid. In Adam Jackson and Christian Burgess we had two cracking players in recent years for a full season, someone like Chapman though is rated somewhat higher. Luke Williams actually came here for a bit! I've spoken to a few people though who reckon this lad is a serious talent.

I hope he leaves boro and goes somewhere very southern and takes his brother with him as I've had enough of trying to mark him in Sunday league.

Chappers is a serious talent. Regular for the England under 20s I fancy him to be in and around the boro first team next season.
