He's definitely not with Pools anymore - doesn't seem to have a club at the minute.

I don't understand why they didn't confirm his departure on the website? Seems strange.

Such an strange one.

Just how good did he look when he first joined? Both on loan and when he signed permanently.

How things could go so badly downhill I just don't get. Obviously confidence is a massive part of playing but he was literally a different player.

I hope he does well somewhere because he certainly has ability....sometimes.

He does seem to have vanished without trace.

This interview at the beginning of the year was an eye opener:

http://xtheline.co.uk/hartlepool-strike ... e-and-god/

Ebby Nelson-Addy did one for the same site in April. He's a busy lad on Twitter, but Rakish doesn't seem to be the type to do social media. I wish him well whatever he's up to.

I thought now your mate young Russ has gone it would be less of a Secret Society down there but apparently not. Common courtesy to tell the fans what has happened to one of the club's players. If anyone is on Twitter it would be nice to pass this message on to our leader who spends plenty of time spouting off about FA

Somebody has just asked Coxall on Twitter and his response was "Rakish has left the club - he'll have plenty of options.."

I reckon that if that Luton keeper hadn't pulled off all those saves in that match (five I think it was), things might have gone differently for him. Seemed to really do his napper in.

I also wonder how things would have panned out had Howard converted that penalty in his first game back.

He's getting playing time at Hamilton Accies, not an automatic first choice but getting a fair amount of time on the pitch !

Apparently Rakish thinks The Accies' physiotherapist is a big improvement on Buster...
