Yes our friends from Grimsby mocking our away support. I know its been pretty poor so far but don't they have geography lessons down their. We have played Plymouth, Yeovil, Exeter, Stevenage and Crewe on a Tuesday night. We cant all play teams one or two hours down the road I guess.

Why do football supporters take quite so much offence at other teams supporters taking the piss?

They are taking the piss. A bit like we do on here.

That wasnt aimed at you Monty just in case you thought it was.

I'm not putting up with being mocked by fish-noncers. I'm going to post angry, threatening messages on their message board and then hide.

Always 'supported' them since I was a kid and now I'm older like to get up there once or twice a season!!!!
Plus the town itself is full of history and friendly people....I'd move there tomorrow!!!!
First time our lass had been there and she absolutely loved the place aswell!!!! :-D
And....without realising....yesterday had a rally of Scottish Thick Racist Nazis in Berwick....apparently it is illegal for these brain dead fuckers to march in Scotland so they go down to Berwick to try to spread their shite....Me and our lass let our feelings known when we joined up with the Anti-Racist protest group!!!! :-D
It was a good day!!!! :-D

Fair enough!

It's usually pretty funny when the EDL types 'clash' with their islamic counterparts with not a braincell between them. I'd let them go to the nearest quarry and fight it out til the last man, then bulldoze that fucker over.

Don't know why it isn't illegal in England to be honest. Costs a fooking fortune to police. The EDL had a march in Nottingham a couple of months ago, no more than a couple of dozen nazis marching, but hundreds of riot police keeping them safe from people wanting to kick fook out of them. Loads of shops/pubs etc shut for the day too, losing business.

Simply tell them they can't march, and everyone can just get on with their Saturday as normal.

Bollox. They shouldnt be told anything.

They should be just starved of oxygen, and the same should happen to their offspring.

Aye, policing democracy is a right nuisance and expensive too.

Tell you what, let's remove everyone's right to public protest and be done with it.

They are hardly democratic Mr Dawes. They are fascists. I'm all for 'free speech' and that, but you shouldn't really give a platform to those who don't want others to have free speech.

If Scotland bans them, why can't we?

If a religious group wanted to march and spread a similar level of hate then there would be absolute hell on.

The Scots Nats have a nasty Presbyterian streak as wide as the Forth Road Bridge. They're never happier than when they're banning something.

Given the importance that precedent has in English law, an argument for infringing democratic rights for one group can easily be applied to another further down the line.
Like the man said, "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it."

Well that's what happened in Germany not that long ago, and as a result a lot of those defending 'democracy' or 'free speech' ended up losing their own lives a result.

You have to draw a line somewhere, and when it comes to fascism it's pretty clear to me.
