With our rass being a veggie an all, and an extreme one at that! its not often I get the chance to have a nice piece of dead cow. Well shes not here tonight and I've got a 12oz piece of sirloin, some big mushrooms, salad and some chips. All washed down with a decent bottle of red plonk.

Aaaahhh...

She won't be pleased but I will !!

when I get a free night or two I make a pot of curry with added chillies and spices to make your hair curl as the missus can't do with the hot stuff(steady)

To me, there's no necessary ingredients except potato and whatever other vegetables are left over. If you've got left over meat, then chuck that in as well. Fantastic. just remember to spice it up after with tabasco sauce.
