Looks a strange choice of ref for tonight's game, Jonas Eriksson, only reffed six games since March, all in the Swedish league and not reffed a match for two months, unless Soccerbase have their facts wrong, which I doubt.

Looks like soccerbase only show league games. He refereed the Europa Cup final between Liverpool and Sevilla. he's reffed 2 group games this championship as well

Being a referree who didn't need to do it would be wonderful fun. You could be corrupt simply to pass time. You'd be looking forward all week to the thousands of weekends you could spoil come Saturday. I think if I win the Euromillions this is what I'll do.
