In amongst all the hype over 'celebrity' deaths, former Pretty Things guitarist Pete Tolson has died. Of that era, some great guitar work. His music will live on and be played regularly by me !

One of my fave bands thanks to my older cousin Big John Ritchie who LOVED the Pretty Things. Saw them a few times (80s/90s line ups) and they were still brilliant. "midnight to Six man!"

I'm fairly certain that at some annual music festival in Wensleydale some ex members of the band have attended and jammed, although they've never been on the bill. They're evidently big friends of the guy who organises the festival.
