Bad News, I have been to TK Maxx to buy some jeans and they had no decent well made ones, that would last a long time.

Good News, TK Maxx had more choice of Duchamp's than last time, may have had a new supply in, try the one in Pools just in case.

Bad News, I bumped into an old school friend, where I tried to Converse, she couldn't get away quick enough. She must have been in a hurry, coz I smelt me armpits afterwards and they were fine, also I had a shower last month (I didn't need one). I got no Jeans.

Good News, I bought some socks, guess from who'm? Even better they were "REDUCED" to £6 for 3 pairs.

I won't go into what happened at the next place I visited, Bloody rip off merchants.

What was the choice in jeans like Chip. The one's in Bishop looked flimsy and the type that won't last long and/or be unfashionable next week. The decent ones waist size were no where near leg length size, and I always thought I was regular height.

Looks like I'll have to find some Paul Smith Jeans, reassurningly good fit. They cost a bit but last for years and years. I'm avoiding young trendy jeans now.

Is that all you're taking?

Good sensible choice Mr Yubep on the sock front. I would advise not to wear the socks with Sandals on your Jollies, as Mr Monkeybutt may appear!

Must let me know what the pants are like, for comfort etc, nothing sexual or owt!

Well, you spend too much time shopping. No wonder shop workers everywhere see you coming and try to rip you off. They probably have you on radar and send messages to each other when you leave the house.

Ms Grabec, I wasn't going to mention it, but as you've asked. My blood was boiling! After my little sock buying shopping spree, I went into a well known Fast Food chain, where I do not peruse or buy by choice. However on the back of my bus ticket I could get a (changed for possible legal reasons) Big Jack and non Belgium Chips for £1.99. The child (I kid ye not) who served me had a slightly older Blond lass (probably a manager) on her shoulder watching every move. Anyway after producing my voucher and ordering meal I ordered a coffee aswell. Both seemed confused as I didn't wan't a Double espresso, latte mixed with Cappuccino and Cinamon twist on top, or something. Coffee with Milk please.
It does get better, boiling blood etc as I was asked for nearly a Fiver.!!!!! The sorcerer and the apprentice had forgot about the voucher. Then I found out it was £1.39 for a coffee with milk. I kid ye not, £1.39. Anyway Big Jacks are tiny compared to when I was a teenager, however to make this rant less negative, the coffee was actually nice.

Your taste buds must be fucked if you think Jack Donalds is decent coffee, it is awful stuff, although for one that eats pot noodles, it is possibly the perfect combo

And before you ask, Yes, I am a cofffee con o sir :ugeek:

Coffee is un-British.
Stick to tea.
Although never from DuckDonalds. . . or Burger Me.

I once asked in a quiz what the two main varities of coffee were. The answer is Robusta and Arabica. Or according to some, Nescafe and Maxwell House.
