Just seen on the BBC news he's got a job with the FA working with 15 - 21 year olds. Anyone have any thoughts?

Will probably do ok, given his record with Boro youth. Might have learned something from his time at Pools too.

Good luck to him, it was obvious Cooper was out of his depth here in the end. Hignett's subsequent return and revival of our club just shows who was pulling the strings. Cooper's found his level and will probably do a good job, its obvious there was no real rapport with Cooper and Hignett, that stands out with Hignett and Curtis Fleming.
