I went speed shopping in Aldi earlier. A word of caution though, as in haste I picked up smoked Bavarian ham instead of unsmoked. Good job I like both.

Also sped weekly shopped in Asda earlier as our lass has fucked off somewhere and had to do it myself.

Spent £30 as compared to the usual £70 odd. Much better that way.

Noticed 1.19 Euros to the pound on the way out.

Thankfully stocked up at 1.37 last year.

Need to buy euros soon, where is the best place?

Ramsdens York road is normally best. Luckily in November last year we got €1.40 before we went to gran canaria and brought a few back which will come in for June

I always do all our food shopping. On the rare occasions our lass does it she spends at least double, mostly on stuff we don't need /want. And doesn't get any beer.
