A good solid performance by all the team.

Was worried for the first fifteen minutes but thereafter it was one of the best performances from a Pools team in many years.

Credit to Hignett for the way he set the team up and then made changes as the game went on - it was great to see a Pools team bully an opposing side - there were some gritty, almost chewy performances.

Fantastic support as usual.

And what a soulless ground that is...........................with the smallest bogs............

And a carpet in the bar!
