For years I hated it, I still do for some reasons. However I have chosen to watch the Liverpool game tonight. It's light years ahead of the standard lower down. Pace, vision, intent. Yes there is the diving, the moaning etc. And most premiership footballers are despicable characters, that said some of the football is brilliant to watch.

I don't think he's done enough roasting or been banned from driving too much to qualify.

I've always quite admired Milner, fitness fantastic, teetotal, never been in anything but the back of the papers. He's a pretty limited average footballer really but he's realised every bit of his potential and played at the highest level throughout his career.

I still hope he's nowhere near the England squad in the summer though!

No I don't. Maybe you mean he doesn't get enough celebrity status for his level of ability/wealth? Doesn't seem like something worth giving a toss about though.

Be very happy to see Leicester win it and wouldn't mind Spurs either, I like Pochettino's approach. Anybody except the five plotting to give themselves guaranteed Champions League entry would do me.

I really hope Leicester hang in there, be fantastic to see them win the premiership instead of the usual lot.

What did you make of Arribage getting the boot at TFC? A bit late imho, but I do have a lot of time for Dupraz, who did wonders at Evian TG over recent years. Forza Viola!

No real option but to bin him - been gradual decline since he took over and then rapid decline recently. Getting to safety is looking difficult even with some decent fixtures coming up. Planning to get the Girondins match - get something out of that and they might kick on. Don't know that much about Dupraz other than a decent record with the watery ones but a chnage had to be worth a shot at this stage.

Sadly the parallels with our beloved Pools are staggering this season, but I agree he had to go. Liked him as a player, but never a manager...
