Pools Season Finally Under Way?

At long last it looks as though Pool season is finally up and running!

A much improved in performance of late and a good result and performance last night. I'm more than happy with that back four and not many teams will breach that defence this season (I HOPE) What a class act Liddle looked last night full of running more than comfortable going forward and his tackling was at times Bobby Moore-esque. It looks as though Joel The Goal has managed to play himself back into the starting line up by bagging a brace although I wouldn't be surprised if Strachan cheekily tried to claim the second judging from his reaction when the ball nestled in the net following his deflection. As for young Brown what a talent this lad is and what a goal it would have been following some magial control in the six yard box only to see his shot hit the keeper.
