Doesn't matter what players you have if a manager doesn't play them in the right formation or motivate them enough to perform on the pitch.

Look at Man Utd, Chelsea and Liverpool - millions spent on players and the teams still fail to perform consistently.

Paying off Moore.

Although both have about as much chance as I have for a 3sum with Megan fox and Cameron Diaz. He's clueless. Beyond a joke. Got lucky last season, not so sure we will this

We can't even attract non league players. How are we going to attract a good manager?

Finally seems that the fans have cottoned on that the club has no Ambition whatsoever.

I stand by what i said last week that the club is a 3 man click of Green Coxall n Moore who only interested in feathering there own nests.

Time to vent our anger in the ground because moaning on here wont change anything for the better thats for sure.

We are heading for the Conference with this manager and coach set up so spending money on severence would be the best way to use the money, not on providing coaches for traveling fans.

We dont have this bad a squad. The situation we are in is down to bad leadership and poor coaching leaving the players not understanding the formation, tactics, or both and low on self belief and confidence. All of which stems from the manager.

We have the best keeper in the league, Jackson is good, Harrison and Bates are decent and could contribute more, and the fullbacks are ok. When Duckworth is fit again he could do a decent job on the left as can Jones.

Magnay is good and if played alongside a decent player could give us a decent midfield. Him and Bates?? could provide a solid defensive platform to allow Thomas and Gray to be more creative, with Paynter and one from Bingham/Fenwick/Harrison/James/Oates upfront.

Give the Job to Hignett who could have Wadsworth and Paul Murray as his assistants.

Creativity, organisation and some belief in a formation and tactics would be better than we have IMHO
