12 games at £12.50 is £150, we are at the arse end of the table and unless things change pretty quickly a gap is going to open leaving us adrift and the possibility of the bottom 2 going on a run and dragging us into the shite!

With this in mind, would it not have been prevalent to make the offer more attractive, ie £100 and the money is in the bank, you know how much you have, rather than estimating how many £10 tickets you would sell if people don`t purchase a half season ticket, we are still struggling and crowds are below 2.5k, they reduce tickets to a tenner to get people in, who would want one?

Just wondering like sctatchinghead

I think they're priced reasonably. Also at £75 & £50 there are a few that will probably shift as xmas presents. I always thought that was the point of the half season ticket.

You can't sell half season tickets at a cheaper rate per game than what over 3,000 shelled out for in August unless you want to piss them off.

It's still a significant saving for someone who paid in for those 12 games so is still a decent offer, I don't imagine they envisage the uptake to be massive but I imagine the offer is firmly with Christmas in mind.

It`s a bit like deals on Sky and stuff though, new customers only and it is a better deal than you have, your not going to stop getting it are you!

Just thought it would get some cash in the coffers for January`s player purchasing :laughing-rolling:

It's a great idea and I applaud owners for doing it and I'm what some would say sceptical of them etc.

As been pointed out, you can't offer half season tickets at a lower rate than those who have already bought one at start of season. Not sure where the 2.5k crowds are which you mention, sure we still hit 3k vast majority of time, maybe the Oxford game as it looked quite empty but it is around Xmas and freezing.

There isn't that many people paying on the gate, probably a lot lost cos of how poor and dull the games have been on a whole again. Doubt you can keep giving £10 tickets for games either so this seems fairly priced
