Home draw please and that Salford mob will do. Bring it on. It's about time Pools upset somebody other than their own fans and the BBC would have 'the nation' in a lather of anticipation that the Rich Men's Playthings were bound for the 3rd Round.

As if that wasn't inevitable...

We should refuse to move it for television. Last thing we need is getting knocked out by this lot but it feels inevitable......

So the place that takes the piss out of darlo for being in the jumpers for goalposts leagues, is bricking it at the prospect of playing a team below them in the same league.

Are you all now saying that darloare better than pools? Because thats what it sounds like.

If Pools, and the fans, are genuinely scared of going there, then things must be worse than they are admiting to.

Much worse.

They are exposed now and expected to win and that makes them vulnerable. Good draw and hopefully on TV so we get a payday.

Completely agree with you Dibble, this forum is almost unreadable at the minute. Absolutely awful.

It's a cracking draw. The media are already absolutely all over the tie already, great stuff.

It's the game that's been highlighted by every single media outlet as the tie of the round. It's a headline on the BBC Sport website, it's pretty much as nailed on as the Blyth game last year probably more so as I bet the BBC got big ratings on Friday after the success of the documentary. If it's not the Friday BBC game (which I'd be shocked if it wasn't) it will be on BT.

Having watched the same level of footy this week I would be very surprised if we loose. And if we do thing are as worse than ever.

To be fair watching them on Friday they are probably a fair bit better than anything else at that level, they have a quite a lot of League experience mixed with a couple of raggy arsed gruffy's who kick the shit out of people which is more representative of the level.

Could do with picking up a couple of wins between now and then, we need a confidence boost.

We certainly have the better players but I do sometimes question the bottle of a number of players in this team. Salford will be well up for it and we need to be also, if we are, then we'll win. If not, it could be tight.

Where you get this idea, PJ, I can't easily imagine.
People are being remarkably low-key and tolerant, if anything. In fact hardly anyone posts at all, some days.

But if you insist on taking this view of your fellow posters, could you possibly resist telling us about it every five minutes?

Anyway, Salford should be a good game, judging by the other night. What relevance is it that they're 'lower-league' when they can play like that?

James Poole is doing a degree isn't he? Hopefully he'll be awol doing end of term exams when the match is on!
