its only a matter of time before one of the big guns go for him, he has the team playing football with so much pace and desire to win.

Don't imagine he'd be in such a rush to leave Bournemouth again after Burnley.

England national team has long since become a lost cause, too much expected from too little and should just be a job for managers at the end of their career. Come to think of it, it already has!

He didn't settle in the area, he chose to go back to Bournemouth he didn't get sacked.

Plus some Russian with pots of cash had just become co owner.

I keep cash in pots too. Not sure I could take a team to the premier league with coppers mind.

It's very well doing that with a team like Bournemouth who have a majority of home grown/UK based players who are keen to succeed but when you then try and adapt your philosophy at a 'big' club with lots of foreigners and big time Charlie's it becomes a much bigger task. Brendan Rodgers is a good example, was bossing it with Swansea, producing some eyebrow-raising results with fantastic football but at Liverpool, barring that immense season with Suarez and Sturridge, he's found it a different kettle of fish. I personally hope Howe sticks where he is for a long time yet.

Wait, wait: you are destroying my illusions. You're saying Bournemouth got dead good dead quick because of a sugar daddy instead of because any lower division club can allow themselves hope?

Bit of both wasn't it? Prior to winning promotion to the Premiershit had they spent that much money?

Just proves that the Championship is the most exciting league around. Anyone can be in the mix for promotion or relegation, and spending big is no guarantee of getting out of it.
