nice one. surprised they're still doing this like they must lose a fortune. think arsenal should win that one so i might back them then do liverpool/draw in play

I don't think they care about the money they lose on these bets, it's all about getting new customers signed up.

Its not just for new members though. Obviously it will draw some I agree but i imagine its more to do with the buzz people will get off betting £50 etc at a time and winning instead of their usual £5/£10 etc.

My £15 ended up being over £100 before I withdrew it. I got lucky this time but next I'll probably fancy my chances and lose. I doubt many people will collect their £15 and not bet again so they will make money off it overall.

That would be a bad idea as you would lose money on the 2 inplay outcomes.

Open a savings account and put in each profit, I'll guarentee now at least a free season ticket will be your prize. Am guessing though over the season it would make a minimum of £500 judging by the amount of times they do this and the amount of draws that occur.

are you sure? liverpool or draw double chance returns 105 so its 5 profit. and pre match 50 on arsenal will be nearly 40 profit after the inplay is refunded

Need to speak to a mate of mine who used to manage a bookies, he said he won £50 on the City vs Chelsea game. This was the least he could of won as he had a bet elsewhere to cover it. Pretty sure he said he bet on over 0.5 goals and the other bet was on bet victor.

Will let you all know if I find out anything worthwhile, though you could probably google it to find the best way of cashing in.

My daughter is the exact opposite, she withdraws the winnings every time regardless of whether its big or small, and spends it on her car, which seems to eat money. Apart from a £2 each way bet she had on Eurovision Song Contest.

I did that. Spunked City winnings straight away, banked original hundred.

Double chance and draw in play again for me

Can do it for guaranteed win with minimal winnings or can bet over 0.5 goals prematch and then draw in play to make at least £100 profit for a draw but only £2.50 profit if either team wins.

What I'm going for is basically a free £50 bet, bet over 0.5 goals prematch. Bet £4 on bet victor on 0-0 to cover the other prematch bet and then use the £50 in play as a risk free bet to try win big. Whatever outcome will get at least my stake back.

Never back 0-0, always back no goalscorer. They always same price and you get own goals so if it's 1-0 through an own goal you still win.

A lot of sites don't actually offer the same odds anymore for no goal scorer and 0-0, usually giving you extra 1/2 for the 0-0.

Lot of people like the guaranteed money aspect, I'm still massively undecided as think could easily be w draw, but fancy covering bets and having in play on someone like Ramsey at 9/1 to win £500+

I took Liverpool/Draw at 11/10 and Arsenal in play at evens.

So I should have £155 coming back. £55 profit isn't to be sniffed at.

Should mention I didn't cover the 0-0. Honestly didn't think I'd ever have to in this game. How it finished 0-0 I'll never know. Outrageous game.

Really should have just stuck with the usual double chance and draw like I always do. Properly hacked off.

That's ok then, as long as I haven't messed up the bet and only won £5 I'm happy.

Pays for tomorrow night so I'm happy.

Advice was there bud. My big bet didn't come off but so glad I covered it. Already have that £50 back in my bank account, just waiting for bet365 refund.
I didn't realise you couldn't go for a scorecast in play but still had 7/1 on the final score.

Mrs made £100 tonight without knowing a thing about it!

Me too. There's something in the T&Cs about the cash out I hadn't read properly so left well alone. Had to put phone down and pretend there wasn't 4 mins of stoppage time

Considered covering 0-0 like you said. But in my haste I just convinced myself it would be fine, bloody should have been as well. I've been done by inept refereeing, quality keeping and poor finishing. Bastards. violin

About £116 towards next seasons season ticket already .
Just leave it in your account so it builds up and the draw is a nice added bonus to boost your kitty.

I'm sure you'll be able to make £50 back next time they do it.

Should have just done what the bairn done and fell asleep and woke up 90 bar richer.

I nearly had extra £5 on both teams as they were 7/1 10/1 at the 82 mark. Was already gona be 12.50 up if either won so would have boosted all outcomes to £52.50, £67.50 and £70 for draw. 2 keepers were having stormers though so rode it out. Was squeaky bum time in jury time like. Arsenal really went for it and when Moreno stormed through for liverpool i feared worse also.
