He got a few boos, a bit of banter, had a moment of laughter with the crowd when he drank some water... I'd hardly call it noteworthy. Unless I missed something?

Of course not. I don't think he deserves any of the abuse he has been getting on here. He doesn't deliberately make mistakes and certainly had his moments at pools. If he wasn't good enough for us then it's someone elses fault that we didn't go out and find someone better quicker. The only thing you can really have a go at a player for is not putting in the effort but it's pretty hard to say that about a keeper.

He got a really good reception from the Pools fans at the start of the half after the whistle goes he's fair game, a member of the opposition who we are trying to beat. So if he got some stick (I didn't hear much) then fair enough.

Abuse - you're having a laugh ?

He got a great reception - the boos he was getting when getting a drink were sarcastic rather than venomous. It was clearly banter taken in good spirits by Flinders and he found the funny side when a few people shouted that he should be saving shots like Paynter's - nothing to see here.....
