I'm already in the queue, table reserved at the King Johns as well.

Great day for Pools' real stakeholders - the fans.

And hopefully for the club too.

Can talks with the new owners now begin or has it already?
Is it now with a view to buying into the club or purely to create a cash reserve for when it's required?

Well done by the way, can't see anything bad about having a trust. We'll soon see how much this club means to the fans when it comes to buying membership.

Congratualtions John, Phil and all the others that did this.

I hope the doubters are suitably ashamed.

Pretty soon is the answer KPG. We need to decided on a (low, affordable) Membership Fee, start the recruitment drive but more importantly, get the Board Members nominated and voted in, none of whom will necessarily be the people who set it up. All action in the next few weeks.

Might be a good idea to offer a foundation membership, maybe slightly more expensive than the normal yearly membership with a certificate and your name on the HUST website.

Could help raise a few more quid and would be a nice souvenir for people.

Sounds brilliant stuff. Can't believe we didn't have a trust in place long ago.
