Unsurprisingly scathing - and you can probably guess the individuals he's on about - but while I feel sorry for him for what went on, I'm glad Ronnie came in to save our bacon. Whether Murray would have done that we'll never know.

Murray was the wrong appointment at the time. He would have been a good choice as an assistant but giving him his first management job at the time was a very poor choice.

Can't blame him, he couldn't turn the job down. Probably didn't help being lumbered with an assistant manager he didn't know/want. Treat appalling by the club.

I disagree with this. He knew who he'd be working with when he signed the contract. It wasn't like Murray was out of work and desperate for a job either, he could have easily turned it down if he didn't like the conditions set by the owners like Phil Brown apparently did.
