He has pace and looked like a good player , but most importantly looked like he'd get goals. If him (or any striker we sign) and Fenwick can score 30 between them next season I'll be over the moon

I hope we do get him. I won't hold my breath though.

If Fenwick can stay fit and play a full season I'd be surprised if the didn't get more than 15 based on what he's done this season. Bingham scored 8 largely from the bench so playing games regularly in a team who won't play hoofball constantly and working with Ronnie he can probably up his tally a bit as well so could very possibly be a 30 goal partnership.

There's a rabbit off somewhere for opinions to be so divided.

Surely we won't sign him as were skint and we would have to pay them a fee!

If we do sign Bingham and I hope we do I reckon theirs a good chance of Tish wanting to come back on loan as they are childhood friends.

I would chose Hughill then Bingham.

I think Bingham proved in his time with us that he gives 100% effort and knows where the goal is. Exactly what we need IMO, Hugill's future will be determined by what Preston do in the playoffs but I'd say he will be playing in league one next season.

He's under 24 though and they have offered him a new deal so they would be due compensation

Bingham will be a fantstic signing if we can lure him here. Bird needs to show more but he certainly has the right commitment and if anyone can improve him game it is Ronnie so wouldn't rule him out.

Something dosent add up here Ronnie saying we cant afford players who are available on free transfers.

A few days later i get a letter or RUSS GREEN saying renew your extra £70 season ticket so we can sign the players to get us promoted.

Make off that what u will.
Personally i think hes a bullshitter.

I missed the article but maybe he means certain players who he would really like but regardless of whether we pay £150 or £350 for season tickets the club is unable to afford them.

I think the likes of Dolan, Bingham and others should be in pools price range

Ronnie has to say we have little to spend even if he had a so called war chest. People would only raise their demands if he said different.
