Heard Phil Neville say that Everton had a stonewall penalty, slowed the replay down and he didn`t touch the fecker, surely a stonewaller is when you wipe them out and leave them in a heap sctatchinghead

I never said it was a stone wall did I? You said 'he didn't touch the fucker' yet he clearly did. Did Neville upset you by leaving Man U?

Phil Neville lol. Where do they get these people from and how do they get these jobs. As thick as pigs shit. Merson Dowie Wright etc are barely articulate. I love the ex player tennis pundits like McEnroe Lindsay Davenport Wilander etc they're so knowledgeable and can relay information to the viewer effectively.

You are in the generation of Sky football coverage and are taken in when somebody says he clipped him, have you ever played at a reasonable level? ( quote Chip ) or can you justifiably state he actually clipped him, visual evidence or the TV camera angle and the expert falling over training that Primula league clubs do?

Ps I don`t support Man Utd, are you in a relationship of the arse kind with PJ?

Come on then, who would you like to commentate sctatchinghead

I don't get this 'barely articulate' argument, very few ex-footballers stayed in education beyond 16. I agree Michael Owen is annoying but I quite like both the Neville's

Surely the whole idea is to have an ex-professional with some character and hopefully knowledgable. Paul Merson was guest at a fans event a few years back that took place at the staincliffe ( I think) and he spoke really well. Okay it was probably his well rehearsed after dinner speaking topic but he came across very polished.

But is that what you would class as a stonewall penalty?
