The name HUST sounds a bit dodgy to me. I wouldn't buy anything off someone called Hust. I suggest you call it SPUNK (Support Pools United, Not Ken).

Without sounding too picky is that meant to be 19:00 or 07:00?

I seem to remember Chip saying he would be handing out leaflets at the Cambridge game.

If so, is there still plenty of momentum for the Trust / plenty of folk interested yesterday despite us playing well lately sctatchinghead

How we play should have nothing to do with the trust. We've been failing off the pitch for years and even if we hadn't been, a trust can only be a good thing for the future of Hartlepool United.

The trust is nothing to do with the happenings on the pitch its about ensuring the people who the club really belongs to having a voice and a voice that will be listened to.

I get that but not being at the game yesterday and knowing that leaflets were being handed out, I was trying to get a feeling of how the 'masses' felt about the Trust and the clubs future.

Hopefully the two are not confused by folk.

This trust is more vital now than ever.

As the team have given us all hope the last thing needed is foolish supporters thinking the world is suddenly made of cheese, and candy floss.

I suspect we will have the same situation next season unless pressure is put on the owners constantly.

What we dont need now are supporters blowing smoke up the owners arses, owners that have put the club in this position in the first place.

Maybe the owners will stay and invest, and that would be fine, but they need to be challenged at all times.

The guys that have got this thing up and running deserve massive praise, and not the pisstaking by a few old blokes on another forum. And it is only a few.

Each to their own opinion. Some I value and others I do not. I would definitely avoid taking advice from anyone who changes his mind with the wind and believes himself to be some kind of pied piper. A very odd carry on in my view.

If anyone stepped forward with a better plan I'd be happy to take a step back but if all they have to say is that the situation of the past few years is acceptable then I'm inclined to ignore them as that is just plain daft and I wouldn't waste the thirty seconds that it would take to debunk their statements.

I did notice the usual suspects having another dig at the trust, all because the Blackpool trust cant get rid of the owners there.
Well of course they bloody cant. Jesus wept. The same as HUST cant rid of IOR. But neither should they give them money to piss up the wall either. Unless they get shares issued for doing so, with full accounts as to where the money went.

Let me get this straight...

There is people actually oppose to the fans having a say/voice in their own club?

For some strange reason yes.

Like mr i says, each to their own, the only people against it some to be people who have made the assumption its anti-ior, which it isnt, its simply pro pools.

When you say it like you do, it's about having a collective voice in your club, why anyone would be against that is beyond me.

I just wish they'd come out and tell the truth. Their pathetic little digs are anti-Bunker nothing more. I've been on there and debated with them but its a waste of time. You can't debate with someone who does not have the clarity of thought to see reality.

Just seen the framed poster (of Ronnie Moore 're Great Escape) being presented to Ronnie Moore by Radio Tees.

If a copy of same poster could by acquired (maybe a larger version) and autographed by squad, than raffles.

How much would that make?

Idea?
