Oyster card top up advice.

I'm in London from terror lunch time until Sunday lunch time, travelling frequently to and from Watford Junction.

How much am I looking at using on an oyster card?

Plus I know the Lkndon Midlands train from Euston to WJ is much quicker than the London Overground... Or does that get charged? Or can I only use the card on the Overground service?

Appreciate any advice.

The London Midlands Train is way quicker than the overground.

You can use Oyster on there too.
