I remember something on the Pools website about a bunch of fans in New York who meet up in a bar on match days. If any of these fans read The Bunker then please PM me!

Excellent question! We've already become friends through our different clubs and watching them at Prost. Being such football fanatics we decided to delve deeper into the football pyramid of Europe, especially England. Pat found hartlepool and showed the club to us. Feel for the supporters mentality, the park, and the NSD attitude, so we said why not jump aboard?

I actually did a BBC tees interview a few months back with Neil Green and we got I to this. Steve is correct. I love the English game and wanted to learn more about the whole table and not just the EPL. That lead me to the Pools and the rest is history

KH usually manages to get the pre-season tour sponsored to cover the cost, would pre-season against the NY Red Bulls and the new Lampard franchise lot be too much to ask. I have my 20th wedding anniversary coming up next year and was thinking of NY. I could combine the 2 bbolt

I second Steve above - not sure the hoops HUFC would have to jump through to play an MLS squad, especially because it is midseason in that league. The NY Cosmos may be a better way to go
