Has anyone who said s/he wasn't buying season tickets this year changed their mind? And is anyone buying early, now that the discount has been scrapped?
We've decided to renew ours but there doesn't seem to be any reason why the money should leave our bank account until the last minute..

I am still going to buy one, despite the early bird discount being removed but like yourself I will wait until the back end of July before I do.

I'm buying a season ticket, but only because I can use my student card and get it for £179.

Same here(£199 in the CK stand).
Im in the minority in that I will save this season.
Last year:
Adult £350
Child 1 - £70
Child 2 £50
TOTAL - £470

This year
Student £199
Under 16 £75
Under 16 £75
TOTAL £349

I have benefitted by the kids being able to get their tickets with me having to pay full price.

I cant buy 'discounted child tickets',they need an accompanying full price adult & Im a student concession.
Im buying the under 16s ticket, which can be bought independently anyway

This depends on whether you sit or stand.

If you sit and want to renew your existing seat then you only have until 5pm on Friday 29th June to get your renewal in and pay in full in cash as this is the only way to avoid any charges. refred

I'll be applying for the two youngest's tickets tomorrow, using money won on our 'place' on my each way bet. If we had won the title it would have paid for 2 out of the 3 adult tickets, c'est la vie. Our oldest is buying his own in about a month, when he has enough saved. Meanwhile PC and I will be looking into how we can squeeze enough money together, before the season starts, to sort out ours. We will be paying on the gate if necessary, no money will be going to a finance company for me, even if that means we will end up paying more, if that makes any sense. confised

I'm not bothering, they are a rip off. I'll take my chances when it comes to priority for away games. I like to think I'll get tickets for Leeds and Forest without too much hassle anyway.......
