What length of lease agreement do IOR have with the council, is there a possibility that the Council could kick them out for lack of investment.

We also need a roll call for the following tradesmen.

painters and decorators
Joiners
Brickies

we need to give our ground some TLC back

No chance of council kicking them out. Pools lease the LAND nothing more, what they put up on it /look after is up to them.
