I bet Ronnie's shaking his head wondering what to do in terms of team selection against Burton.

Does he drop Austin for Dan Jones?

Does he bring in Walker/Green for Featherstone/Tsibola?

Does he bring in Morgan for Smith/Bird?

Does he bring in Jordan Jones for Franks who has been out of sorts recently?

As much as there will be the temptation to shake things up I'll think he'll go with the following after the last home win - wouldn't be my selection though.

Flinders

Duckworth, Harrison, Mirfin, Austin

Jones, Featherstone, Tsibola, Compton

Bird, Smith

Might give Nelson-Addy the nod over Featherstone but Bird & Smith up front have to be firm names in starting XI.

We beat a decent Plymouth team well playing 4-3-3, it's the best I've seen Pools play this season. I don't see why we don't try that formation again especially against a team in the top two, if the wide front players put a shift in it all looks a bit more compact and our central midfielders can get on the ball rather than 4-4-2 were we can look a bit more open and the middle of the park can get bypassed. Tshibola for example looked miles better in that system.
