...sometimes wake up in the morning needing a dump, but 'bakes' it so they can do it at work?

I've tried 'baking' it a few times and nearly shat myself on the way to work!
I prefer my morning ablutions to be conducted in the comfort of my own bathroom.
Saying that though, there's nothing wrong with finishing off when you get to work!

I have honed my system so I have a dump at around 12.30 - 1pm every week day at work.

weekends, well things go a little to pot.

Especially just before dinner therefore extending my time away from actual work and making space for said dinner
