‘Hartlepool United Supporters Trust’

Opening statements and welcome from the chair

Aim of the meeting:
To discuss the forming of a supporters trust within the framework of ‘Supporters Direct’.

Why?
Principles & philosophy of a supporters trust

Decide on a mission statement:
What do we want to achieve? - General Discussion from the floor.

Should we connect with other clubs?
Portsmouth, Chester, Darlington?

Invite Nominations Board Members (maximum of 10)
Representatives from:

HUFC Supporters Association
HUDSA
Poolie Bunker
Into The Blue
Other interested parties

As the council own the ground, would a representative from the council be a good addition to the prospective trust's board? Liaison over ground rent, maintenance and possible financial assistance would be in their remit. Perhaps an invitation to a councillor and an executive officer.
