The whole loan deal was a joke the sort of shit that could only happen at pools.
I would rather have conner smith up front with fenwick than see harewood n morgan again.

It was win-win all round.

We got a good player for a minimum of a month. Mansfield will have knew we wouldnt catch them, he helped take points off other relegation rivals and if Mansfield got dragged into it, they could recall a match fit striker to help them.

Not sure what part of it was a joke and im 100% certain the offer was non negotiable regarding the recall clause.

While thankfully Colin Cooper is long gone, the men who oversaw this policy, Hodcroft and Green, are still running the club, and running it into the ground, leaving the current manager scrabbling about for players they can borrow for a month or two here and there. Invariably if these players do badly we can keep them, if they do well they end up fucking off elsewhere.

The remarkable thing is that both Hodcroft and Green are protected by their mates in the local media who they feed the odd morsel in return for having all articles run past IOR first, and also by a bunch of freeloaders on the message boards, or the easily conned on Social Media.

Its a sad indictment of the way the club functions when three of our top four wage earners are sat in the stands watching the fourth fucking about for 45 minutes before being rightly hooked.

Spot on! clappp

I know its a case of after the horse has bolted but if we offered mansfield 50k for bingham im certain they would of taken it.

The whole transfer window and takeover collapse has probably gone to plan for ior.
They will still be hear next season taking in the 500k season ticket revenue + installments from peterboro.

I hope im wrong but ior are in no hurry to leave especially as they will slash the playing squad again. Them two are on a canny little earner at pools.

Maybe they would have and it would have been nice to see us even try.

But you forget we were in talks about a 'proposed takeover' So we couldnt sign anyone.

Or pull the plug in the summer and still have first claim on any transfer fees due in as they would be the major creditor.

please dont forget that £1mill a year admin costs chip, i'm sure that holds us back from signing players when we're chucking that away.

WONT SOMEONE THINK OF THE ADMIN COSTS!

Spot on that! Particularly the easily conned on Social Media, The response I got from Loughlin on Twitter about Bingham yesterday was laughable. I felt like replying "Ok Ken".

Aye, I was puzzled as to how them recalling him meant we couldnt make an offer!

You may aswell talk to your self instead of talking to him, he'll only claim as a keyboard warrior for daring to question our amazing owners who saved us.

Ken probably checks every tweet he does.

Whatever PJ, its something that could happen whether you like it or not, just as they could stay and pocket what money they can from it whilst you keep whinging about it. Put yourself forward to help run the trust yet?

I am sure I read on here back when the takeover was being completed, the more intelligent ones warned that it could be a smokescreen to get through the transfer window with the minimum of fuss only for the deal to fall through.

But alas some of you and more on that other board, the russ green love fest, still believe it was genuine.

How silly are you?
