It's all gone tits up, for whatever reason. I doubt we'll ever find out so may as well end the speculation and blame now (something I've done myself, I admit).

The new focus is what happens if we don't find a buyer by the end of the season. If IOR don't stick around that could see us go the way of Darlo, if not worse.

We have time to get prepared and I think the first step is to join the supporters association. Everything from now should be done through them, including the formation of a trust if it gets to that point.

Something we can all agree on is that we don't want to lose our club so whatever your beliefs are regarding ownership and the people who work there we need to be ready to make sure the club survives.

This isn't to takeover the club or go against the current owners, just to have a contingency in place incase the worst does happen. The division between the fans at the minute is getting wider and the blame game just continues, it needs to stop and we need to pull together.

This isn't from ITB, The Bunker, Facebook or any other internet based rubbish, it's from a bloke who's been a supporter of the club since he was 3 and is heartbroken we've got to this point.

I'm posting this on both ITB and the Bunker with the hope people start to see sense, we need a starting point and I think the Supporters association should provide it. Let's have a meeting where the current regime is put on the back burner and the future is discussed. Get someone from Darlo, Wrexham, Hereford or Chester along if we can, they've all been there.

I'm going to take a back seat from the forums from now, this is probably in vain and someone will pick it apart but it's my belief that the fans should have a plan.

Cheers,
Darren

stating the obvious we have to remain fully behind Ronnie and the team. A negative atmosphere during and before the match is not going to help. In my opinion we need to fully understand what IOR want to do with our club and I beg them to help us. There are a number of questions that need asking and apologies if they have been asked before.
1.We believe they are trying to sell the club, what are the timescales?
2.Will they walk away if they don't have an acceptable buyer?
3.Has there been any viable approach?
4.Is there a possibility of speaking with a Supporters Group and discussing how the two parties can work together towards an amicable takeover?
This may be pie in the sky stuff, but I just don't want the club I've supported from near and far to disappear.
Surely IOR, Mr Hodcroft and Mr Green would not want this to happen either. They have devoted so much time and effort towards the club, they would not want this to end in tears. A reputation of the company and people who sank the club, our club.
Let's all see sense in the short term get behind Ronnie and the lads. Then hopefully negotiations and discussions can take place to save our club and support fully whoever is there.
Come on Pools. Never Say Die

I just hope all this Garbage doesn't effect the players as we are just starting to pull together, i know allot of supporters have lost faith in ken however never piss off the golden goose yes we as supporters have the right to voice an opinion but i believe at this moment in time the club and players don't need whats going on at present.
I think its a shame that we are blaming ken all the time for everything when in my opinion Colin Cooper destroyed pools with his signings and we are struggling now with Harewood,Miller,Parnaby,Compton and these players are taking probably a fair bit of the wage bill and are contributing sweet FA so im just glad that Ken has given Ronnie some leeway to try to get us out of the shit we are in on the Pitch...............

IOR won't respond. Look at the statement today, they don't care what you think.

I'm with daz, let's get a back up plan.

They might not be able to say too much for legal reasons.

Take a 100 or so bodies and stand outside waiting Russ/Ken etc and ask them the questions.

If people care that much go and ask them!

Will they lie? Most likely but it will show that the fans are starting to no longer accept the crap that is going on.

Martin has a point if the majority of fans just camp outside the Vic offices next home game they will have to say something.
