Aye, had a good few months on it. Not really played it over Christmas as I'm waiting for the January update.

Got Terry Dunfield on a free first season and he banged about 25 in from midfield. Mind, that may have more to do with long shots being a bit broken than his ability.

Getting Bradley Fewster on loan from the fiddlers is a shout as well. Goal machine if you can keep his confidence up.

How are you getting on with it?

Just to let you know Footy Manager is primarily played on a PC or Laptop not a "games console"

Lets be honest, it's safe to say the vast majority of men under the age of 35 who have an interest in football at least dabble with FIFA from time to time. If Aido's correct our species is going to die out within 50 years or so.

I don't know if I want to risk it to be honest. I might throw my xbox through my PC and take up lawn bowls or stamp collecting or whatever it is Aido does for a laugh and see if I get my hole more often.

So I've just been called a loser and a sexual inadequate by a man who spends his summers playing with his tackle in a field before sitting down for a few hours and waiting for death? Oh and when he does finally catch something he has to throw it back just to emphasize the pointlessness of the whole exercise?

A comedian called Tony Jameson had an hour long show about it in Edinburgh the other year. Apparently he got a touchline ban so he clicked play, left the room, stood outside until half time, came back in, clicked play and left the room again.

Think he got a laptop out and played through a transfer window at a wedding reception as well, can't remember.

I've never been that into it. Worst thing I've ever done is print out a photo of John Fleck's head and tape it to a punchbag when the little fucker cost me a play off semi.

Mind, Febian Brandy was mint on it. 40+ goals a season in League 1 and The Championship. We should've signed him years ago.
