to Ronnie Moore. Doing a superb job without the required tools and against all the odds. Not saying he will save us from the drop but it does make me wonder what sort of job he could do with a little financial help from the board. No matter what happens now Ronnie can keep his head held high clappp clappp clappp

The standing ovation he received last week from the Tranmere fans says it all about the bloke.

Maybe he should organise a whip round in the club and get a few bets on..... that'll boost the transfer fund......

I'll get my coat

A few years ago Tranmere fans had a whip round and got Andy Robinson in on loan, who saved them from the drop. 4000 fans each give a fiver...

Yes why don't we each hand over a fiver to Russ Green to see if we get a new player or two.

I think we should hand over £20k to Ronnie. He'll turn it into a ton... Problem solved!

i totally agree that ronnie moore is a great manager. first managerial appointment for a while that i have not rolled my eyes.....wadsworth,colin cooper, murray. etc.

the last two good managers ( in my opinion) we had were neale cooper and john huges who had no financial backing are were quickly dispensed with when this became apparant or they made ultimatums.....

ronnie has no financial backing and is out of contract at the end of the season......that is a concern to me whatever division we are in. it is obvious to see what he is doing with a squad that could not beat san marino before xmas, losing ronnie in my opinion is another worry for the fans to the way this show is being run from behind the scenes. i believe he was interviewed for the job when murray left but was too 'costly' to employ by IOR......

who ever hired him.....raffle tickets still available.... was a spot of brilliance, wether he can do the magic we have to see, would be nice to see a new contract for him though before the end of the season but i wont hold my breath.

If we'd have given him the job to replace Cooper we'd have much more of a chance of staying in the League.

Given the uncertainty that has to have permeated the club and the dressing room, you have to give full credit to Ronnie Moore and the players for yesterdays performance.

Sounds like he is doing very well, looks like the public bollockings he have out did some good as oppose to losing the dressing room as some people feared, with everything else going on it will probably be too little too late, but it would be good to have him in charge next season.
