I think Cardiff was down to the team we had at the time. I'd go so far as to say no-one was really responsible for it... it was more a glorious stroke of luck that that group of players ended up at Hartlepool together, gelled in the way they did, and made such a fantastic team.

It would seem the only thing that stopped the deal going through earlier was Pools involvement in the FA Cup. The potential of a BIG third round tie with instant cash kept the deal on ice, it looks like Murray paid a heavy price for that.

It was pretty forgettable but a few on here got cheap thrills out of it. Basically some people hadn't realised that facebook was suddenly a reliable source.
I never think of looking anywhere else for me information meself like.

Have to agree and as Mr I says above we have a lot to be grateful for - not just Cardiff. As far as I know bills were paid on time as were players.

Anyway, even though part of the problem is still there, I am returning. So its all good.

No it isn't what IOR have done. Many owners leave clubs with unpaid bills, players and administration. Yes things are far from ideal but they've gone at the right time and it's best for all parties. Poor decisions by IOR over the past few years are costing us - as are poor management decisions but this is where we are.

They're gone, lets stay positive and do everything possible to stay in the football league....

When you consider a few weeks ago the chat on here was about a £14million debt, possible administration and potential extinction, for the club to be debt free 12 days before the transfer window opens with an experienced manager and new owners making statements that they will back the manager is beyond our wildest dreams.

By right time I meant before the tansfer window opens rather than during or even after it. Onwards and upwards....
