The Play Offs

I tuned into the conf play off match last night and the 1st 2 names mentioned turned out to be an old enemy of Pools and then one of my altime fav Pools players both playing for Oxford.
In goal no other than Billy Turley and club captain Stockton's finest Phil Gilchrist.

On the same subject the play offs anyone care to help me with a bet on the winners of the 4 play offs.

Conf Exeter
L2 Bristol Rovers
L1 Blackpool
CCC West Brom

What does everyone else think.?

by the way I'm off to see exeter at wembley.fantastic club,I know some of the people involved in the supporters trust which now has 2500 members,some bastardo fleeced the club and it should be dead but the fans have kept it alive.they deserve to be back in the league.

I agree 100% about Exeter, a great night out and a nice bunch of fans, coming from Weymouth they became my home game to watch Pools along with Bournemouth.
Whats going on with Torquay, I used to watch that smarmy twat Bateson on his tv adverts and always thought he would end up being bad for the club, is he back with them?.

yep he's back,but has made it clear that he wants out ASAP. the locals reckon unless they get bought out that they'll be finished. the grounds a shambles there is no youth structure or reserve development. Bateson's non investment hsa been a disaster really . they remind me so much of gibson era pools
