nobody is bigger than the club - and like somebody said earlier, on the face of it, it's bad timing - but it might just re-focus the attitudes of the other players. i.e. NOBODY IS SAFE FROM THE AXE!!!

I was talking about psychopathic lumberjacks in an unrelated comment at the end of that sentence.

which is of the players last season that got us relegated he was one of the few that did more than his bit
a double award seems to back that up

For fecks sake man, THEY WERE ALL SHITE, thats why we went down

I think no-one deserved anything last year, OK it was 95% scotties fault, but somewhere along the line, the players have to shoulder some responsibility

so what is so different this season ? we needed a left back last season and a centre forward and cover for mid field we get two players prone to injury older than the players we are sending out on loan

I dont know what DW's reasons are, we dont know what has gone off in the background, it has been said that RH wasnt angry when he was dropped, maybe he shot his mouth off , how knows

My main point is just because RH go POY, doesnt mean he is bullet proof, does it

He is one of the 'big men' in the dressing room, along with the other two, who wont play for the club again

Players dont tell the manager what to do, there is something wrong at this club and players do need to be shipped out, not because they are bad players, but because of the influence they assert

We havent won this season when RH played, he was dreadful for the few minutes he was on against Boston

so you are judging him on a few minutes against Boston expert are you?

as for the telling the manager what to do that is speculation too
i suppose you mean barron and tinks
all three senior players two of them held the arm band at different times if they are not allowed to speak up in any dressing room regardless who is manager then it is a poor show
if that had been the case we would be still playing under Scott and probably in the conference

No i'm juding him and the other senior pro's for their performances since we limped into the PO's

Players should be able to have SOME input, but from what i've heard, and it may be incorrect, it has been more then just a case of 'speaking up', perhaps we could ask two managers who were streets ahead of Scott, who both felt the wrath of player power

Yes they should be thanked for outing Scott, but THEY should be MEN enough to shoulder some of the blame for the piss poor efforts last season, after all they were equally as bad, if not worse (points wise) under Steve and Turner

Hand on heart, would any manager allow ANY player to dicate the dressing room? I doubt it, so should Hartlepool?

i am not condoning player power in any dressing room

and you say "what you have heard"
so that makes it true then
like i said speculation

we limped into the plos because the board seen fit to move on another good manager you have to admit scott got lucky and then was found to be totally out of his depth

and again you speculate on what went on between players and manager

Christ on a fecking bike, you are like a dog with a bone.....

I said I may of been wrong....

Scott did get lucky and was found out

So its all conjecture about various players phone calls to the chairmen regarding previous managers?

As far as Scotts appointment goes, the board finally gave into 'fan power' and look what happened

Why cant you accept that some of the players, as well as the managers and directors need to accept the blame for what happend, and this includes RH?

BTW, see we once again managed to remain undefeated without Richie

I give in, can you actually give a constructive reply

Time and time you have been asked if ANY ONE pf the senior pro's have accepted ANY responsibilty for last seasons shite and time and time again you can only reply with god knows what kind of answer

no one asked me and i would not know if they had or not
but it seems to me that the three elder pros are taking all the flak for what happened last season
my guess is it is more to do with finance than ability of the players
kids work cheap

Aye because IOR havent ploughed over 6million pounds over the years have they

Yes I know they have 'made' money from the PO's & FA cups etc, but its catch 22 isnt it, without IOR's backing we would have been once every 10 years on MOD on third round Saturday

I think there is a dressing room clique, but I think more then just the 'holy trinity' should take some of the blame for last season, but they havent and it pissed me off they seem to think its business as usual

We need a clear out, and if it meant 90% of last seasons cack is binned, well so be it

Thats the end of it for me, because the world, and the team dont revolve around RH, who has been an excellent player and loyal player to the club, but we DO need to move on player wise
