Absolutley fucking no way. Absolute disgrace. Shoot the FA. No doubt they'll be giving Walsall 4 points soon.

Its worth one of the lads thats going down to pick up a ticket having a word with someone in the office. Justice not only has to be fair - it has to be seen to be fair and this ain't.

Aternatively we make a stink to the League and they, as usual don't admit any fault. The ref is then under pressure with every 50/50 he gives to Rochdale under scrutiny. He backs off any controversial decisions and gives Pools the 50/50s.

I've sent one as well. See what we get back.

According to the Walsall Mad site he's actually a Shrews fan so he won't want Rochdale to win. Either way he shouldn't be officiating.

LET'S NOT BE HASTY HERE... he'll have to be seen to be impartial, as any borderline actions he may make could be 'misinterpreted' and reflect badly on him, it could actually be quite handy.

Its just dumb.

And should he make a real dodgy decision, even a genuine error............there will be hell on.
 ..exactly, that's why he'll be very, very careful...

There are only two views on this

1. the cock up theorists - we're surrounded by fools
2. the conspiracy theorists - there out to get us

in the light of Cheatersfield, Rotherham and Wendies which camp are you in?

but they were all from the same locality. Has the conspiracy theory spread to other areas of the country?

Never mind where he's from, do you want crucial decisions made by anyone called Clive??

First off it's got Welsh connotations, no reason there to like anyone English so Dimi, Joel, and particularly Willie (he IS Welsh innhe??) should get the nod, but the rest'll get pilloried. Secondly think how many Clives you know. Think about their personality. Clive's tend to use a lot of management speak like 'consultancy basis....' 'sustainable development' 'I am a bounder...'

Exactly.

With apologies to any Clive flavoured Bunkerites. You are clearly the exception that proves the rule. If your Dad was/is called Clive, that's OK.

I used to know someone who actually changed his name to Clive, he was American tho, so possibly doesn't count as an exception

I have just had a text from my brother saying that the ref has been changed, not sure how reliable this is though.
