Out walking the dog when my son Joe noticed that a car had its tyres totally knackered, actually looking like they'd been slashed with a knife or something.
The neighbour came out and told me that the owner had been out driving when he was totally drunk and that he didnt have any tax. I looked at the tax disc and it was three months out of date.
Dont know who the bloke was but it did make me think.
If it was my neighbour would I have grassed?
Would you?

Grass him up.

Why should we pay road tax and insurance and the likes of him gets away with it, plus he's putting lives in danger.

I'll go yes, absolutely you should. Tax I'm not bothered about but a pissed up driver with knackered tyres could easily kill someone.

I dont know the bloke, only knows what number he lives at about three streets away but my thought is he was pissed up, driving like an idiot to totally knacker three tyres and if he doesnt have any tax then what would happen should he crash into another car?
If I was his neighbout I would grass him up, though I wouldnt feel proud of it. Maybe it shouldnt make any difference that I'm his neighbour at all.
