Dennis Wise has instructed his players to drive round the town centre, whilst using their mobiles.

Apparently it’s the only way they will get 3 points. :sweet:

Leeds will not be the most welcoming or friendly places for a League match next season (should everything pan out as it currently looks like).

When I was a kid I used to enjoy MOTD and particularly liked Spurs, but quite liked Leeds too. Grew out of it once I started following Pools on a regular basis, and Spurs/Leeds were moved into the category of "rather they win than lose but not bothered really".

Lost any and all affection for any such club back in 1992 when the grasping fookers left the Football League. Fook em. Fookers.

Hope Leeds get relegated, and relegated, and shut, and buried, and pissed on.

But Liverpool are OK, arent they??

Why is it the vast majority of the media think football didnt exist before 1992?

I'm sure clubs won the double, FA Cup, League Cup and European Trophies

I mean, we won the World Cup before Sky 'improved' the game, didnt we?

In the "great runs of all time thread", that 1960/61 Spurs run was the one that marked a whole generation. And they did the league and cup double that season too, the first team to do so for a long time. It remained the reference for English football excellence for nearly ten years until manyoo knighted won the European Cup (yes CUP).
