where do they find these names from, at least Alan Curbishley isn't on it, he's on everyone else's list, apart from 'lowly Hartlepool of course.
Apart from Mick Wadsworth, best name on this bookies list .... ?

I'll go for Martin Foyle, but Wadsworth should get a chance, if he wants it.
2nd choice Mark Venus, because he comes from Hartlepool !!

Don't knock Mick Tait too much. Given the resources he had at the time he did very well.

I was talking to Ralph Wright a couple of years ago about Mick Tait, they're big mates. Mick Tait was still playing local leagues and was still risking arrest for GBH every Saturday.

He was/is a hard hard man.

yeah Mick is hard, so if he's reading this, my topic isn't a pi55 take. I remember him playing for Pools when I first started watching them, he was 30+, but really got stuck in, despite his mullet & moustache !

You'll be hard pushed to get 2/1 now for Wadsworth confised

Two days ago Neale Cooper wasn't even in the betting. He's 8/1 second favorite now

Are bets placed when Danny Wilson left us still live sctatchinghead

Just I am pretty sure Turner was never formally announced as our Manager, meaning if the same happens with Wadsworth nobody gets paid out.
