From what i see he has a good touch and brings people into the game, this is going off last season. So what does he need to do to improve? Im sure theres a good player in there somewhere. I just think he lacks a bit of self belief and desire! I wasnt at the game yesterday so can anyone give a good account of why he went off at h/t?

he lacks that bit of urgency and aggression to play in this league/country. Plus being such a tall man, we lump the ball up to him constantly.

In the slower paced, more technical european leagues, where they tend to get a bit more space and time, he will probably be a decent player.

He needs to be stronger in the air and play with more aggression. A player like him should be ruffing the defenders up more, anyone can win headers and do flicks when they are given space. I won't write him off just yet before but more in the effort department would improve fans opinions.....
