Im not saying we deserved anything from the game but surely referee's that are banned by their own federations shouldn't be officiating at the World Cup.

I had some in , in the group stages, but having watched all 3 games I felt it better not to leave them in. I would have rather lost more points than you and England won the game.

Someone once said to me the reason I lose money betting is because I'm to patriotic and let my heart rule my head. Maybe taking out the English player's I had in was realising they weren't going to get me points.
